Competing in the Sewing Bee - Angela Fletcher

At our February meeting Angela Fletcher visited the group to tell us all about her experience as a contestant on The Great British Sewing Bee. 

Angela told us about the things you don't see on the screen and the application and interview process. 

She brought along the items she made on the show….how they manage such quality sewing in the time… we just could not imagine.  Hats off to them! 

We all had great respect for the participants before but, after listening to Angela’s insights….even more! 

We were all feeling anxious just listening to the challenges they faced…. And not just the pattern challenges!

Angela is a really entertaining speaker and kept us enthralled with her tales!
